We dispense only against a valid UK prescription. ADHD medicines including methylphenidate (Concerta XL, Xaggitin XL, Delmosart, Matoride XL, Xenidate XL, Medikinet, Equasym XL, Ritalin, Tranquilyn), lisdexamfetamine (Elvanse, Elvanse Adult), dexamfetamine (Amfexa, generic), atomoxetine (Strattera, generic) and guanfacine (Intuniv) are Prescription Only Medicines (POM). Most stimulants are Controlled Drugs (Schedule 2) and require the original paper prescription plus photo ID at collection. Prescriptions are valid for 28 days from the date of issue. We cannot accept faxed or photographed copies of Schedule 2 prescriptions.
Per MHRA guidance, modified-release methylphenidate products are not interchangeable — your prescriber must specify the brand. We will not substitute between Concerta XL, Xaggitin XL, Delmosart, Matoride XL or Xenidate XL without prescriber agreement. Stock availability shown on this site is indicative only and is not confirmed until your prescription has been received and verified. Prices, where displayed, are indicative; the final price is confirmed at the point of dispensing.
