Adults 18 and overItchy, painful, sometimes discharging outer ear canal — often after swimming or cotton-bud use.

Children aged 4 to 11Sneezing, itchy streaming eyes and a blocked or runny nose in the pollen season.

Young people and adultsSpots, blackheads and inflamed bumps on the face, chest or back.
