Brand substitution. Per MHRA guidance, modified-release methylphenidate brands are not interchangeable. Where your prescription names a specific brand (Concerta XL, Xaggitin XL, Delmosart, Matoride XL or Xenidate XL), we will dispense that exact brand. We will not substitute without prescriber agreement.
Controlled drugs. Most ADHD stimulants are Schedule 2 Controlled Drugs. The original paper prescription is required; we cannot accept faxed or photographed copies. Prescriptions are valid for 28 days from the date of issue. Photo ID is required at collection.
